You might be discussion about Glamis dunes, but I ponder they are right inside the California border near Death Valley. I've be there and it get INSANE. Fun as hell. It's in actual sand though, so receive sure your vehicle has 4 pedals drive and bring an ATV or dirt bike for duning.
