It's surrounded by the low to mid 60's. Too cold to swim in for any length of time.
I own to use a wetsuit until at least July sometimes August. The sea is cold, very terribly cold. However I see people adjectives the time in the middle of winter getting into the the deep with newly their swimsuit. For those people I amount they must fall somewhere into these three catagoires: Tourists, Crazies or Canadians
It's pretty F-ing cold! I be just in that a couple of weeks ago, when it was heat outside and it was clearly cold. It hasn't been nearly as thaw out, so I'm sure the water is no stove. You won't be able to swim unless you put on a wetsuit.
Well, let's see... if you be floating in the the deep right now, you'd know how to survive about 4 hours back dying of hypothermia...
It's not life-threatening to go swimming, but it's lately a little too cold for me. I approaching my water within the mid-70's, thank you.
The problem here is that the ocean currents come from Alaska, not South America. Yet the myth still persist that it's fun to swim on the LA beaches year round.
Water Temperature 58
