Answers:
I used to live in West LA and can take out rental prices for appartments being generous of high. They are contained by comparison to where I live in a minute in Canada. However I also withdraw the salaries on average self higher.
1. Not a great one. You can work within customerservice areas like Costco teller, etc. It all depends on your previous experience.

2. Time to find a employment depends on demand and hireability. There's plenty of job for QUALIFIED workers.

3. Salary depends on job. Costco workers start at $10 per hour.

4. Check out Craigslist for prices for apartments surrounded by that area. They roughly go for $1000-$2500. You can bring a decent place for just about $1200-$1500 per month. Hoever, if you're only making $400 per week since taxes, that's not going to be nearly enough. You obligation to be making twice that.

Perhaps you should go to college up to that time moving here.
L.A is a HARD town to start off contained by! Safe places to live are either overpriced and crapy (1bd apt starting at $1400/m) OR contained by dangerous areas.

HS diploma equals zilch in this town. The most you can hope for it to be biddable looking, and get hired as a waiter at an expensive restaurant. The average net for someone without an training will place you at poverty level contained by this city.

You don't have to be a citizen to go and get a job, however you do stipulation to be a legal resident or hold a legal work voucher.

Don't come to LA!! It's just not a worthy plan, choose a city that is more affordable, and smaller quantity crowded.

LA is only a great place to live when you enjoy money or family, but a very bad place if you have neither.
