How much does a hotel cot at the holiday inn usually cost?
for school, 46 kids (we're surrounded by 8th grade) are going to stay in Washington, DC. we're staying at The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites hotel surrounded by Alexandria, VA. we have 4 per room (with 2 double beds) and we be wondering how to get 1 cot as okay. We will probably be in the double-bed-guest-rooms, and we wondering a few things:
1. how much does a cot usually cost? (we'll split the price -- the 4 of us kids surrounded by our room will)
2. how do we get one? (do we christen, ask at the desk, etc.)
3. if we order a cot, do you expect we should ask the teachers etc. first formerly we order it?
thankssss!

Cots are available.
The entity that is making the reservations will be the one to transport care of this. That party should ask far enough within advance to ensure that the hotel will own sufficient quantities on mitt.
Your primary concern is that you pack correctly, ensure that you have a camera beside film (you can buy more after that, if necessary) and batteries for your camera. If you are flying the x-ray of the plenty always ruins mine, so I newly plan on buying more at the end of the move to the place I am going to.
Now put on your glad clothes and enjoy YOUR national capitol.
