One of my favourites is Dragonfish which has these definitely amazing happy hours from 4 to 6PM and next from 10PM till 1AM with "Small Plates" of yummy stuff close to Lime Rickey Shrimp, Orange Beef Satay, Edamame and Hichimi Squid. And the best part? the Small Plates are $2.95 and $3.95 - so you can guzzle lots of different yummy things and still spend well beneath $20!
