NYC clubbing age??
I want to know the general age to be admit into most clubs in NYC.
18 or 21 ?
because some clubs own become stricter and raise the age check.
Also any suggestions for clubs in Manhattan??

21 and yes they are exceptionally strict. Most of bars and clubs ask for ID's.
Below are adjectives the hot spots but you won't get surrounded by if you are under 21. but if you are try. Also I enjoy other recommendations, see below:
Clubs:
-Home
-Pink Elephant (my favorite)
-Budha Bar (restaurant, lounge and club). Super nice and I suppose they don't ask for ID. Try it.

- Hotel Gansevoort (top floor bar). I think they also don't check ID. It is a super cool lounge on the top of the hotel Drinks are expensive around 12 to 14 dollars.
- Maritime Hotel (no inevitability for ID). There are a few bars at this hotel. Hiro is the nite club of late below.
You can also go to the lounges at hot boutique hotels (very popular among latest yorkers, and they are not strict and/or don't request ID): some hotels:

Also check Tao it is a great restautant, beuatiful decor and a lounge. It is on 48th Street between Madison & Park.

For the most section, it is 21 but because of rashes of incidents it is not unheard of for clubs to set the minimum age to 25 (mainly for men), though ladies can still take in at 21.

21 and don't try to fool the bouncer at the door because they check ids and believe me nearby strict like an army.
