What should I bring?
I really have two question, masked as one.
1) I'm taking a road trip with my mother, father and sister. It's going to be a long driving trip within a relatively small car, and I HATE driving. What should we bring for the long drive to pass by time?
2) Our trip will take us to the San Fransisco nouns and several other areas along the way. Any suggestions on what to pack?
Thanks surrounded by advance!
Answers:
CDs or cassettes, whichever your nouns system uses. a small cooler for water, liquid and soft drinks. Snacks that won't melt contained by a hot/warm car-- cookies, chips, bananas, etc. Use soft side luggage for better use of your trunk space. Pack at least one sweater or sweatshirt. Ppl are wearing leather jacket at night within SF. Some umbrellas (small ones) might be needed. Please remember to buckle up and to drive with your headlights on even during the daylight. Be sure to get satisfactory sleep (the full 8 hrs) the night up to that time.
pack a camera! san fran is gorgeous and its so fun to visit. i be there today in need a camera and i almost died. also bring oyur cell phone. so oyu can keep within touch with friends
if you are staying IN SF to hand union square, please be aware that the city is not other warm surrounded by the summer time. The fog does roll in and is usually rather chilly. You maybe competent to get away near shorts in the hours of daylight time, but over night can win into 40s and 50s by sundown.
layers is your best bet for clothing. avg. temp surrounded by august high is with the sole purpose 72 and low is 56. oddly plenty september is the warmest month of the year.
For the long motor ride, I would suggest playing the alphabet game. While ratification billboards and different signs, try and find a word that starts with A and next B and so,all the channel up to Z. You can't use the same word twice. Who ever finishes first, win. I like that hobby because you learn what stores and businesses are contained by the area your ratification. Take a book or how about ear phones. Take a bulletin and write down about your trip. The memoir book will be great memories for you in the adjectives. Now, if your going to be in San Francisco, I would suggest to bring some melt clothing. Bring a jacket because at night it get real cold and could be blustery. During the Day, It can get cool too.The sun should maintain your warm, but bring a night light sweater in covering you get to cold. Maybe bring a duet of shorts just within case. San Fransisco is so unpredictable. Have fun and an unseal mind, that's the important article.
Victoria, if you are going to San Fransisco, be sure to wear a flower contained by your hair.
Thank you and fitting day.
Ok... the most esteemed thing is acctually to pack LESS, smaller quantity is more... things like 5 or 6 books wont minister to... focus more on things that pass time quicker... crossword puzzles, road games, sudoku, stuff similar to that. Second, most people pack a ton of stuff explicitly heavy and useless you'll probably find yourself wanting to merely look out the window more than anything. Bring a camera and stuff close to that...
Sunglasses. Maps. A bed pillow for each personality (to sit on, place behind rear legs or head, etc.) near different patterned pillow covers (so they don't seize switched). Bottled water and camera.
Don't dawdle to stop along the way at rest stops, fruit stands or coffee shops to stretch legs, appropriate pictures and eat.
