Is it better to purloin a bus or drive a sports car from San Francisco to Sausalito if I want to spend a Sunday within?

If you know specifically what you want to do and dont plan to progress all around Sausalito - next taking the FERRY would be a good hypothesis. Its convenient, fun to ride, and is fairly cheap. The solitary thing is that you own to keep by its programme and I dont know how long you want to stay in Sausalito for.
If you want to do more and budge around Sausalito and, perhaps, progress to nearby places resembling the shopping center at Corte Madera, etc. - then taking a saloon would definately be the best alternative. Plus this gives you more freedom of going and coming as you please.

You should definitely appropriate a Ferry. Ferrys depart from San Francisco from the Ferry Building and also from Pier 39 (Fisherman's Wharf). Parking is pretty much non-existant in Sausalito surrounded by the downtown area (where adjectives the little shops and yummy restaurants are).
