How far away is the back of the pavillion from the stage? Is it more than partly of a football field? Tell me within yards, foot, etc.

i have be there over a couple of dozen times within the past 25yrs of concert going, but I've never measured it. I would enjoy to GUESS at it to be about 60 yards=180 foot.
the real kicker is nearby isn't much difference from the back of the pavilion to the limit of the lawn.

far satisfactory that you need binoculars to clearly see the relatives up on stage If you dont want to only examine the big screens
if you factor within 3 feet allowance per row and in that are roughly 60 rows- I'd guestimate 180 feet?
but one seated in the covered reserved chairs in the pavilion still much better than mortal on the hill
