A Michigander interview.?
Anybody ever noticed that in that are actually alot of nice courteous relations in the detroit nouns, but if you go to kalamazoo, elegant rapids or muskegon you will mostly run into a bunch of rude and obnoxous people, and it seem to be more of what alolot of people refer to as wanna be thugs on that side of the state as powerfully.

People are different everywhere, and also remarkably much the same if you pilfer some time to talk to them.

In general I'm against making blanket statements nearly groups of people. Such statements usually serve to divide to some extent than unite, and a divided state or nation lead to a "us against them" mentality. People will retreat into their seperate groups, distrust builds and no one win.
I will say that I've found rude behavior contained by both Detroit and in places resembling Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids; likewise, I've found graciousness adjectives over our fair State.
All within all, most folks will respond rudely when presented beside rudeness and will respond with amiability when treated with respect. People are mirrors.
I be in Kalamazoo two days ago during a horrific thunder/ wind storm. I saw trees uprooted and power lines down across the roads. Electricity be disrupted, street lights weren't working but I saw regular citizens directing traffic, helping their neighbors and guiding cars around those road hazards.
I didn't see anyone person rude.
Someone wrote that adversity test a person's character; I'd similar to to think poverty reveals it.
In closing, the whole "wanna-be thug" article is more silly than anything else. I feel sorry for those family who speak ghettto while living in a rural setting, newly as I feel sorry for those who speak ghetto while living contained by the ghetto.
EDIT: Erica G; are you serious? a subway? several grobings? what is a grobing by the way? Can a buy a grobing or is it a West Michigan rage? A stabbing? you saw it and didn't come back to testify at the trial? What benign of person are you? Jeeze, woman I'd car jack you too, purely to get you out of town.
The people contained by Detroit are nicer than those in the rest of the state? I cannot agree. I do agree that the rudest worst drivers contained by the world are in Muskegon followed by Kalamazoo.
The nicest citizens in the state live live contained by a band from Bergland to Bruce's Crossing.
i see nice nation and rude people everywhere regardless of what city im surrounded by at the time.
I believe that this is a very broad request for information that relys on personal opinion. Everyone have a different path within this life.
Erica G- Detroit doesnt enjoy a subway so maybe you are thinking of somewhere else. You saw someone grasp stabbed and your car get jacked? Maybe you shouldnt buy drugs in the projects. Dont come on here and tale its just not even-handed to anyone.
I've be all over the state and find ancestors are mainly equal everywhere, and I've found lots of great people surrounded by this state, from here in Monroe to Iron Mountain, the folks are great!

Where are you from? I live contained by Grand Rapids, and I used to live in Kalamazoo. People here are more settled, nicer, and NOBODY is a wanna be thug! We may own a few, but our crime rate is half of yours. As for Detroit, tolerate me give you a enumerate.
1st. trip
Pushed down walking on the street for being within somebodys way, told to f- stale by a pedestrian when asking for directions, and grobed on the subway.
2nd. trip
My purse is stolen, and a guy accidently spills his coffee on me and doesn't even do anything about it, doesnt even influence sorry
3rd. trip
Went back to catch my purse, groped by a business guy in the elevator
4th. and VERY VERY ultimate trip
Saw a gangster/thug/ whatever, stab somebody, a being steal an old ladys wallet, OH AND MY CAR WAS JACKED!!
Thank God, after chitchat with my boss, I never ever enjoy to go to detroit ever again, and we presently switched to a different business here in nice Grand Rapids, where on earth people give the name you darling and sweetie. And business guys do simply business.
So take a right look at your crime rate please, and than ours, and maybe empire were only obnoxious to you because you werent nice first, like the rest of detroit.
lolol - liv'n surrounded by kzoo and I always thought most relations in Michigan be nice!! Including those in Detroit, Kzoo, GR & Muskegon!
