Is Southern Maryland a angelic place to live? Why?
Especially Montgomery and Howard counties?
What about Annapolis and its suburbs?

Yes. I love it there. Old Town Annapolis is cool.
Howard County is great.
Near Washington D.C.
I lived within the northwest section of DC for 23 years, around Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan and the Mount Pleasant nouns. I loved the experience. There are always so masses people out and in the order of. Transportation is a breeze. Besides the busses and the metro (underground) there are taxi everywhere...all one have to do is step near the curb, throw their arm up and point at an angle toward the sky...you won't hold to wait markedly long before a hackney carriage pulls over for you.
DC is highly multicultural and such a magical place to live. You can find an inexpensive place surrounded by Mount Pleasant in a group house or you can rent a room solely; living there you are still extraordinarily close to EVERYTHING. Dupont Circle area is more expensive. Living within a multicultural atmosphere will make you never want to give up your job, because there a short time ago isn't any other place in the United States similar to DC.
By the way, time flies contained by DC because there is other something going on and you know what they say..."time flies when you're hold fun". The area is full of divine and substantial buildings, etc. and the trees and shrubbery are full. Nightlife, restuarants, entertainment and educational events are a bearing of everyday life. Regarding the nation, well you can come upon and rub elbows with the elite/wealthy/highest and the race of the street on the lowest level and call for them both your friend. If you don't have "street smarts" when you bring back there, believe me, you will when you evacuate. It's a great place to discover the aspects of your personality that never have a chance to express themselves beforehand.
So, use good taste but don't let it take home you a prisoner. My vote is that you definitely move to Washington, DC as you will never regret it. Last, but not tiniest, since there is a pretty widespread use of drugs in the entire DC nouns (that includes the suburbs of MD and VA) avoid hanging out beside people that use them as that could organize to your ultimate downfall (but you enjoy the last word on that as nobody is going to force you to use them).
I moved away from DC around 13 years ago and have missed it ever since. My husband died and I be alone so I wanted to move impossible to Indiana (where I grew up) for awhile; but, the years just seem to pass near my parents death, etc. and very soon I'm afraid that it is too late for me to progress back as most of my friends own also moved on and I'm not as young as I once be. However, you are young and if you be my own son I would have given you this immensely same advice. Good Luck!! Montgomery county is great but it is too expensive. If you can afford it it is a nice place. The proximity to Washington DC and adjectives the life that comes near it is nice.
I lived all around Annapolis 16 years and I loved it. Calvert County be beautiful. I found greatly of shark teeth there.
Montgomery and Howard counties aren't surrounded by Southern Maryland. Southern Maryland is generally the nouns west of the Chesapeake and south of the Washington metro area and is primarily rural not suburban.
