Makiki / Manoa nouns within Honolulu?
Is this a good risk-free neighborhood? Is it true there are tree-lined streets surrounded by the housing area next to more New England style homes? Or is it highly congested?
How does it compare to Waialae nouns (ie Waialae Iki) in East Oahu? Better or worse?
Answers:
I grew up in makiki nouns, and its not a bad nouns at all. Waikiki have the most beautiful shore ive ever seen, but can be crowded at times. Thats where on earth the ballers stay haha.
Manoa is an older neighbor that does indeed enjoy tree lined streets. The houses are elder so will have the more European look and quality to them (due to when they were built) but it is highly highly congested.
Waialae is a newer nouns but like Manoa, it is importantly congested.
If you're talking almost Hawaii, there is no nouns that isn't highly congested. It adjectives depends on what you classify highly congested as.
What are you looking for? If you're looking to buy a home contained by either of these two areas..well brought-up luck..hope you have 1M+ within your bank report..that's gonna help you near the down payment.

Makiki and Manoa are completely separate areas. Manoa Valley is where on earth the tree lined streets are located and at hand are many good-looking homes there. But markedly, it is far more expensive.
The Makiki district, by comparison is okay but more congested.
Waialae is a reasonably nice nouns, it's a little further out on the East side of Honolulu, there's lot's of traffic to traffic with if you live out that passageway.
