Help near Little Saigon Santa Ana?
Were going to be in Long seaside next week for several days. Already get los angeles, hollywood and disneyland mapped out (sort of). Does anyone know any suitable vietnamese restaurant around. Or any interesting places nearby?
Answers:
Little Saigon is in Westminster, Ca. not Santa Ana. They are both within Orange County. If you go to Little Saigon, I am sure you will find a well brought-up Vietnamese restaurant to go to. Also surrounded by Orange County is Disneyland(in Anaheim) and Knott's Berry Farm (in Buena Park). Have a wonderful time...
Westminster, which is very close to Long Beach, have the largest Vietnamese community in the U.S. The heart of Little Saigon starts at the 9000 block of Bolsa Avenue. You will find lots of Vietnamese shops, grocery stores, malls and restaurants contained by that area. Parking is horrible so be prepared for that. Long Beach have some Vietnamese restaurants along Anaheim Street, but they are mostly Cambodian and that's why that area is call Little Phenom Penh.
For Vietnamese sub sandwiches try Top Baguette at 9062 Bolsa. The bloke that owns the place is very nice and positive. They also have enormously tasty avocado smoothies. They hold a couple of tables outside, but essentially you acquire your sandwiches to step.
Below I included the web intermingle for yelp.com and it has a long record of reviews for Vietnamese restaurants in Westminster and even some contained by Long Beach and Garden Grove.
Little Saigon is certainly in [Westminster], although at hand are a lot of Vietnamese within such surrounding communities of Garden Grove, Santa Ana, etc.
I am not sure what you are interested in intake. Pho is common -- but noodles are not that interesting within themselves. Here is a link to serve you begin your scrabble.
