In the West Valley (side) of Phoenix at hand is the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. GREAT for a sunset together
South mountain to see the city lights and just reach a deal.

-the lumunaries at destert botanical gardens. these were mentioned by someone else already and i totally agree next to them-it's such a beautiful event to attend!!

zoolights at phoenix zoo. this is a fun however romantic kind of entity you have to do when visit here!! my bf and i go respectively year (we've gone twice w/my kids and once w/out them). it's really cute.

El Zocalo mexican restaraunt. located in chandler,az. this place is good-looking and the food is awesome!! my bf took me here for my birthday and i'll never forget it. the patio be so nice to sit out on.

Top of the Rock Restaraunt at the Buttes. this place is a little pricy (think just about 40.00 per person w/out wine) but it's so pretty-you can an awesome display of the city below.

barcelona of scottsdale. Super nice restaurant with a hefty price ticket. expect to spend over 80 on this visit but it's extraordinarily nice!!

tempe town lake. this is a small water located on the tempe/scottsdale border (next to ASU). there are a ton of fun things to do in that. you can rent boats to go out on the wet

You MUST call in the Desert Botanical Gardens Luminaria! Hurry because tickets sell out in a hurry. IMO, it is worth every penny to stroll hand contained by hand beside your loved one through the gardens. It is such a gorgeous evening to view the evening desert accompany with live musicians and artists. I especially love the handbell choir.

It really depends on what you want to do. Scottsdale is right next to Phoenix, and they own some lovely resorts. I would check out the Scottsdale Princess Resort. It is absolutely elegant there, and hugely relaxing! Good luck.
Compass Room (a rotating restaurant, but class of expensive), A Different Pointe of View (restaurant on top of North Mountain), Arizona Center, Herberger Theater, Hike North Mountain and study the city lights, Encanto park (good place for a picnic), or you can go to any of a dozen resort surrounded by PV/Scottsdale. Or drive up north, go to Heber/Prescott (there are a ton of B&Bs up there) or Flag and shift to the observatory. There are a lot of romantic things to do here.

House of Tricks it right around ASU main, Tempe isnt far from phoenix so its worth it.
House of tricks is right by mill ave, on 7th st.
It have a really nice romantic dining scene.
You would sit in a garden surrounded by nice plants, ivy and flows, and they usually hold those hidden hours of darkness lights that look like candles floating everywhere.
when you're done from the restaurant, you can step around the downtown area(mill ave) and just hit up bar,
or go home to complete ur dark ;)
