Im getting organized to move to Austin Next year. Do anyone know where on earth the devout neighborhoods are?

I can pay atleast 800 dollars for an apartment. Somewhere where on earth there is nice surroundings and hills and things to do.

Arboretum nouns is a good choice for you, because it's minutes from great shopping and great unconscious scenery. (not within the middle of it.

I lived surrounded by Waterspark apartments once (loop one and parmer), aside from the rude management and that my motor got broken into 3 times (happens everywhere, didn't detach the frontage plate on my radio) I thought it was great. Surrounded by trees and lots of cool family with dogs (allowed), great conv. location. Drink at Cool River practically subsequent door if you don't want the 6th st. crowd.

If you want to be ON the lake/hills, the commute can get a touch crappy. The best of both is the arboretum area. check out the relationship.
For about $800 a month you can find a nice 1 bed 1 hip bath possiby a 1-2 in northwest austin ( north 183, balcones, loop1, etc.) The scene is great, areas are impressively close to the new malls, but not so close to downtown austin. It's probably the best you can win with $800, the apartments contained by the heart of downtown austin will run you about $1500-3000
northwest austin. i have a great 3 br apartment on 620 by 360( beauitful scenery from my balcony) for something like 900 a month. they were brand latest apartments, too. loved it. wish i still lived contained by austin.

also, this area is within a great school district if you enjoy kids.
madfigs that person. and 78704 is the best and 78745. and the 03 west of mopac though o4 is not boring everything great happen there. south west austin is of late sububs and **** just citizens living there lifes kinda of boring u want to close to swim. bike hike o4 78704 is the best but west of south lamar is close to the green belt. cheaper parts contained by 04 are east of congress. near oltorf. and live okay. allot of apartments. riverside have allot of apartments.but mainly east riverside,. contained by 41 or watever it called.

though that female madfigs right the areas u should avoid. also for u price range. north lamar okay and the west campus. though if u want some more rather and not beer partys and crap around u avoid. west campus .area and yeah delight in ur stay.

and if u live in 04 nouns code. east of south congess and south of oltorf not many places to rent. a short time ago really industrial. and st. edwards university. west of south congress to south lamar. is great/. west of south lamar. and north of oltorf. and south of riverside is great. and above west riverside is not really livable area. afterwards u hit town lake. next past town tarn it another area code. much more exspesive. SOUTH of west barton springs. and thats west of south lamar is really nice nouns. near zilker park and theres. barton springs really nice for swiming. and yes 78704 is really great nouns. to live in.,
$800 a month will probably catch you something wherever you required to live. It really depends on what your scene is. You could probably find something close to downtown that's in your price selection, also South Austin (west of I-35, north of Oltorf) is nice, as is the area around Zilker Park (Barton Springs area). North of Campus is Hyde Park, which is a nice neighborhood that have some small apartment complexes, but there's a lot of students that live in attendance. If you want to live further out from downtown, there's the Arboretum area to the North and West Austin, and also SW Austin, bad of Mopac (near the greenbelt). The prettiest areas are to the West, but if you like hiking/swimming/mountain biking and you want to live surrounded by town, you'd probably enjoy living close to the greenbelt, similar to near Spyglass road on South Mopac (aka loop 1). If you want to be immersed contained by the hills and backcloth, and not be so close to the city, you could check out the complexes off of 620 to the NW, or really anything out West of loop 360.
You probably a short time ago want to steer clear of:
- anything east of i-35 for now (until you return with to know the city better)
- North Austin around the Braker/Rundberg area
- West Campus (or anything directly surrounding UT)
- North Lamar nouns
that's not to say there's not moral pockets in those areas, because at hand are, but it will take some time living here beforehand you're able to really find a place you resembling.
i sagest you plan first. other wise you could try, Aston definite estate and if i remember properly it will be under property nouns,
