SAN ANTONIO LEGENDS!... please share me around them?
i heard that near are so many legends and hauntings in the region of that place and i would love to read any of the legends like for example...la llorona...the hunted railroad tracks near the kids getting hit by train...o yea and some of that abandoned asylum piece i heard it be haunted and others say its not haunted.but anyways i would love to read more legends becasue im so interested...thanx profoundly! =]

You don't enjoy to stay away at Halloween anymore from the legendary railroad tracks. They own a Halloween carnival with a hayride over the tracks and they stop and agree to the "dead kids" push you. It's a story, that's adjectives. I had students research it when I qualified Journalism years ago. There were no busses even running near at the time they claim it happened. There enjoy been profusely of dead bodies found contained by that area. It be a favorite area prior to the 60's for dumping gang related mafia style kilings. There is also a mission adjacent that has abundantly of haunted history. But the railroad tracks are a money making adventure immediately during Halloween. The neighbors love it for that reason! They will create up all kind of things like the one of the neighborhoods hold children's names as adjectives the street names, very well, that's not true, the subdivision was built by a architect by the cross of McCreless and those are his grandchildren's names. So much for that allegory. You do hear kids voices near, there is a juvenile even-handedness center really close, and they are very militant, but do hold games they play cause they are kids between roughly speaking 14-20. I do suggest you go during Halloween. It is alot of fun.
You might want to do a tour next to Docia Schultz Williams also. She's the Mistress of San Anonito Hauntings. Check out her book, "When Darkness Falls: Tales of San Antonio Ghosts and Hauntings." She has a tour within Sept. She's a wonderful older female who really knows San Antonio and Texas. I met her at a book signing once and spent a worthy 20 minutes speaking to her along with my son. She is really wonderful and remarkably knowledgeable.

it is a really long story but necessarily the kids were on the bus, the bus stalled on the tracks, they get out to push but the train hit them and killed them adjectives. It is a very startling experience when you go in that at night and put your saloon in independent by the sign (about 30-50 feet from the tracks). I don't have an idea that trains run there anymore...at tiniest they never did when I went to the tracks adjectives through high university. The story has be discredited but so many locals be in motion there...it is a short time ago a cool place to SAY you have be to. I did do the baby powder trick but that really does a short time ago show the finger prints that you left when you touched your vehicle. Point is...some believe, some don't...but it's dutiful to go check it out. Stay away at Halloween...they usually enjoy a cop out patrolling because the populace that live near the tracks receive really annoyed with the traffic.

Okay and the asylum...that is topical to me but I found this for you:
Two brothers, Dr. George H. Moody and Dr. T. Lawson Moody, established Moody's Sanitarium, a seventy-five-bed general psychiatric hospital within San Antonio in 1903. There be also the William L. Barker's Sanitarium, Lakeside Sanitarium, and the Southwestern Lunatic Asylum, opened within San Antonio in 1892 (source below). I'm honestly not too sure which one is included contained by the legend...I'm going to save looking for now.
Across the street from the Alamo is the US Post Office and Courthouse. The Long Barracks used to be capable of go out to where on earth the back steps of the Courthouse very soon stand but had to be cut to brand name room for Houston Street and the building back surrounded by the 1930's. Inside the Post Office is a metal detector and when someone passes thru it ,it clicks near a green light flashing. BUT,if someone go thru with a metallic point,like a weapon for instance,the frothy turns red and a loud buzzer goes sour.
The guards and postal employees vote that Colonel Travis and his men are always response in the building but they MUST evacuate their weapons outside.
Rumor have it if you are standing late into the evening close by the Alamo and are listening really hard you can still hear James Bowie discussing the presumed combat that they were going to obverse with Bill Travis and Davie Crockett
