With horrible housing prices in L.A. I want a rework from my 300,000 condo...I live next to, how do I put it "low class" population (blasting oompa pa music all hours, copious people living surrounded by one apartment, throwing baby diapers surrounded by the street, the corn man coming around, serving disgusting mayonnaise and chili corn while honking a clown horn, young drug dealer...This is Long Beach, ca. I call the cops that my neighbors are drinking within the street at 12a.m. and I literally watch the cops drive by and not catch out of their car! I am tired of living effective these creeps that seem to be the growing majority here!
I quality like it isn't balanced that I've got a Master's point and can only afford to buy practical these jerks.

Austin have a lot of nuance, so you probably will want to talk to a indisputable estate agent. Hyde Park, Travis Heights, South Congress, Bouldin Creek, are the well established, nice, liberal, centralized neighborhoods but houses in those areas tend to start around 300k for something usually 8OO-1000 sq ft and within fixer-upper type shape. If you're willing to step further out, you can check out Brentwood, Rosedale, Allendale, but even those areas are averaging over 300k now. You might know how to find a small house for that price. Probably your best bet would be the area i.e. East of I-35, South of 290, West of 183 and North of the river. They're doing a major redevelopment at the prehistoric Mueller Airport and building an "urban village" type design, and it is bringing that whole nouns up with it. Depending on the nouns though, you will have to put up near a certain amount of "low class" individuals, as you put it.
You'll own to move out to the suburbs for that price. Look in North Austin, Pflugerville or even Round Rock.
However, if you want trendy urban living check out the investigational Mueller Urban Village – they took the old Austin airport and turned it into a retail-residential community that seem like a nice place to lift up a family.
look at the nouns around a street called Hancock.
It's close to downtown lacking breaking the bank. A lot of the homes be built in the 60's but it is the best investment you can be paid for what you want. No drug dealers in that..lots of young those and some old orig. residents.
I'm typing this up from a model home within Pflugerville. I work in unsullied home sales. The home I'm contained by will go for 250 most of the time. It is 3000 sq. ft. upright yard, master down, gameroom, covered court, luxury bath, top school, low crime...
but you want to be around other greenies and stuff, so look down there.
