Where surrounded by Los Angeles should we live?
I'll be attending Pepperdine and have access to a motor. I am willing to drive smaller number than 40 minutes. My roommate would be working near USC/Union Station. He have a car, and is liable to take a train/public transportation.
Where would be a nice place to live that's contained by the middle of both places? Thanks!

Yes, Culver City seem reasonable, indeed. Other choices can be Westchester, or Santa Monica.
Look in Palms/Mar Vista.
I will vote that Culver City will be your best bet to live for both of you.
