I'd pick Hyde Park if I have the opportunity. While there are frequent fine restaurants in the Napa Valley, nearby just isn't like opportunities as contained by NYC to do apprenticeships.

I live newly a few miles from Greystone and I can tell you that it is an amazing place. The unbroken Napa Valley is beautiful near the best weather ever and fabulous restaurants everywhere. Greystone use to be a big winery, but be changed to the CIA some years ago. Not only will your study experience be tops, but you will be in one of the United States most divine places.
