Which one is better?

Im planning my honeymoon and I can't decide on any Ojai, California, or La Jolla, California. If you've been to any or both, please give me some feedback.

I've never been to Ojai, be to the area and enjoy heard deeply about it. Seems highly nice and tranquil from what I hear.

But I do live just south of La Jolla surrounded by Pacific Beach and love it there. The best beach in San Diego and CA. One of the most spectacular coastlines. The amazing San Diego coastal weather. It's highly upscale and has tons of nice restaurants and shopping. And you are close to the best attractions surrounded by SD. There is just so much more to do surrounded by SD than Ojai. Although Ojai is not too far from Santa Barbara and LA. But La Jolla is next to SeaWorld, the SD Zoo, Old Town, Balboa Park, Downtown, the shore, coast, ect...

Go with La Jolla, more scenic and more to do. Try this website for things to do: http://www.sandiego-romantics.com/
It depends on what you like..beach and the sea = La Jolla, inland valley [horses, citrus groves, ranches] = Ojai
Those are two drastically different places! Ojai is beautiful, have great spas, but isn't very close to the shore (although Ventura, Carpinteria and Santa Barbara are great, and not too far). I think that Ojai is more of a "achieve away from everything and relax" type of a honeymoon spot. Also, it can get slightly hot in the summer months.

La Jolla is stunning and a little closer to the movement - more people around, bigger city handy, and the beach is right within. I think that it is also the more expensive of the two. Both are great places, so it depends on what features of a "feel" you want for your honeymoon. Good luck planning! :)
