The others are right; Grapevine Mills Mall, a moment ago north of the airport, is really the only item you would have time to progress to in 5 hours. There is also a place on the south side of DFW where on earth you can see practically the whole airport; I haven't be there all the same but I plan to go.
For 5 real hours, nearby isn't a whole lot to do. Maybe to walk a mall resembling Grapevine Mills Mall. It is nearby. Go to a restaurant. There are a few along 635. There aren't oodles activities you can do.

Closest thing would be Grapevine Mills shopping arcade. It is just north of the airport. Lots of stores, restaurants. There's a hulking movie theatre in attendance.
The Gaylord Texan hotel is near Grapevine Mills shopping arcade as well. It's a immense, upscale hotel with great shops and restaurants.
Looking at the stores contained by the airport is really fun.
