What nouns of austin??

We are looking to move to austin...what part is growing right in a minute? We have immature children so want good school, and newer homes, but still the austin feel...any suggestions?

Cedar Park is a suburb lately on the Northwest side of austin. Great place! Great schools, low crime rate and not the hurriedly hub of the austin traffic.
If you can afford it, turn Southwest. Lots of developments and very nice. North is growing fast too, but has a short time less 'Austin' grain. Round Rock is a really nice north suburb, rapidly growing too. Although I recommend Southwest, most job are North, and traffic here is horrible. You might want to take that into consideration. Basically, avoid adjectives East, and North-Central at all costs.
If you want the concrete Austin feel - south Austin - Travis Heights have the best schools and adjectives within walking distance. Park beside pool open year round right within the middle of Travis Heights area; illustrious school, jr soaring and elementary all in a mile or less of respectively other and the park/pool. Great older homes and a sentimental neighborhood right near Congress Ave and the SoCo district.
go to circle c neighborhoods, they are affordable, and at hand are very obedient schools, and it is also a apt place for kids. most of the place is on west Slaughter Ln
