Where is the best place to live if you're a student at Long Beach State?
What place is the best to live at if you go to Long Beach State? What is the cheapest, all the same its still a nice place.
I'm looking for apartments near the campus that a student could afford..

Long Beach have a lot of really nice apartment at a righteous price around the university. Go to apartment.com or some other a[artmement listing.
The farther north and east you go the worse the nouns. If you can get a place within Seal Beach, that would rock. Or Bixby Village across the street has small apts too, and they are nice. Snoop Dogg is from Long Beach, so satisfactory said about areas to monitor out for. There is no shortage of crack in the LBC.
The "Student Affair's" bureau may be able to assistance with this.
Anything east if Cherry Avenue contained by Long Beach is a relatively nice, safe nouns. Include Lakewood and the southern half of Bellflower contained by your search. Long Beach Transit serves adjectives three areas to CSULB.
I live contained by Belmont Shore, which is maybe a mile or two away from the college. Lots of college kids live here because it's a coast community and you are walking distance from Second Street (lots of restaurants, bars, etc).
Seal Beach is cool too...quieter than Belmont Shore.
Like another poster said, I would stay west of Wardlow St and south of Cherry or Redondo (between Cherry and Redondo might be okay for some). Downtown LB isnt unpromising, but just east of it is. The closer you return with to the 710 freeway, the worse it gets.
So the rule is, the closer to the Orange County chain, the better.
