Going to See the Redskins for the 1st Time?
We are planning a trip to go see the Washington Redsins for the first time this year. We are from Louisiana and would love some proposal on where to stay, what to do while we are at hand. Just any great travel advice. We will be staying for a week. We own never be to Md before and we are sooo excited. Please dispatch your tips

Do you hold tickets? Tickets are very thorny to come by.
don is right, u got tix. If so, the stadium is kinda contained by the the middle of a neighborhood. So I would stay downtown, so that you can get the full DC experience.

Portrait gallery
Top of the aged post office tower(Washington monument to much of a pain)
Washington National Cathedral
Go out contained by Adams Morgan, Georgetown, u street
Plenty more to do!
I would say to stay surrounded by Old Town Alexandria in Virginia. It is nice and right on the beltway. From Alexandria it is just 17 miles to Fed Ex Field. The area around the stadium contained by Prince George County is not the best, that is why I suggest staying surrounded by Alexandria. It is not to far from Fed Ex Field and only 4 miles from downtown DC. Hotel rates should be cheeper since you are not within downtown DC. You can also take the Metro from Old Town to DC for solely $3-$5. You can also take the Metro to Fed Ex Field. From the Landover Metro station, you can bear a shuttle bus directly to FedExField on GameDays
Watch your time. When I go, I was so preoccupied by adjectives the sights, I wouldn't eat dinner till resembling 9 which is not good. Have tons of fun and see adjectives that you can. And walk everywhere, it is cheaper and so much more fun!
Stay at National Harbor in Oxon Hill,MD. If you stay at National Harbor, you are straight shot to Alexandria, VA or D.C. All you do is cross a bridge to VA or appropriate 295/395 to downtown. When going to a Redskins game, the Harbor isn't that far from FedEx Field too. Probably 15-20 minutes away.
