I'm 19 and am I allowed to book a room at Treasure Island Hotel surrounded by Las Vegas?

I know of three major resorts surrounded by Las Vegas that will rent a room to you if you are 18 or over.

And the legitimate gambling age within the U.S.A is 21? So I don't think so, but if someone over the age of 21 books it, you can stay within it.
