There are a couple of Best Westerns in Chicago.
But if theyre too expensive, check the Ambassador East.
Or a smaller European-type hotel approaching The Seneca on Michigan Ave.. nice hotel and its cheap for this upscale area, and youre right by shopping and the John Hancock Observatory.
There is a Red Roof Inn downtown. It wont be expensive.
