Is zipcode 75243 a dutiful nouns to live surrounded by? I'm from out of state and the college I will be going to is at hand.
On mapquest this zip appears to be North Dallas. My priorities are Safety, and it self a good place to lift my small daughter alone until I'm out of school. If that's not a appropriate area please recommend a nice nouns not too far away. A place NICE, safe and not red-neck (sorry) I don't know how else to articulate that. Please don't get batty! I love Texas:-) I've lived in Houston briefly.

A lot of corporate in that nouns. Near lower greenville ave. A lot of bars and restaurants. Not too far from university park (High $$$$$$) and Addison ($$$$$) nouns. I would definitely come here and check out the conservatory and area to generate yourself happy. What is OK for one of us here may not be OK to you. You own to decide for yourself. One ultimate thing, Dallas is immediately the murder capitol of the US. And it has nought to do with rednecks. :)

It's not a red-neck nouns, but parts of 75423 are reallllly dangerous (635 & Skillman area) - lots of sirens, shootings, gang stuff, etc. I wouldn't want to live near personally.
I would move to the west of Highway 75 surrounded by North Dallas/ Richardson/ Plano.
