Would they want everyone who comes in to be hyponotized as soon as they cross over their threshold, hold no mind of their own, keep playing until their adjectives of their money is lost and they're flat broke and always hold this stupid fake smile on their frontage like they're comfortable to be there and lose adjectives their money and all be nought but "happy losers" the together time?
If I ran a casino, I wouldn't want that. I would want ethnic group who aren't rich who win good money to soak up themselves and suggest they walk out next to their winnings while they still can.
I would rather them be human and enjoy minds of their own. And if they were caught cheating and adjectives the money was recovered, I wouldn't bring back them in any trouble whatsoever or press any charges, I would simply ban them for vivacity.

There's a reason the casinos are still contained by business-- it's because people own to lose in charge for them to keep running. If they told those to walk away after they won, they wouldn't be begin for very long!
If you don't agree next to it, don't go. Most of us know how to put money on a small amount and walk away when we've won or lost a small amount.
